  🌙   WHAT'S THE HAIR/ITEM IN YOUR AD? I'll answer these questions, but they may take awhile to get to! Please be patient! I never mind WCIF questions, but you may get a faster response by asking other people.  🌙   ARE YOUR COMMISSIONS OPEN? My commissions will always be posted via BSKY. Please check there to see if I have any open spots.  🌙   DO YOU DO RECOLOURS OF YOUR MODS? My mod recolours are 75$ for a OOAK colouration. I am usually tentatively open for mod recolours, if I have the time; you may ask, the worst I can do is say no!  🌙   HELP, MY BOM LOOKS FUNKY! MY TEXTURES DON'T MATCH! ETC. You either don't have BOM enabled on your body/head, or you've gotten the wrong parts for the included textures. I check textures thoroughly before I pack them, and make sure they're for the parts they say they're for. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH BOM: ask your friends. There are tutorials.

I love seeing what people do with the things I make, and I'll always repost them.  🌙   CAN YOU MAKE TEXTURES FOR [FURRY HEAD/PART] FOR ONE OF YOUR MODS? Once a mod is finished, I generally don't go back to it, mostly because of the time constraints I'm working under. Sometimes I will make add-on packs for heads/parts, but very rarely, and never by request.  🌙   DO YOU DO REQUESTS FOR PUBLICLY AVAILABLE MODS? You can throw me ideas on my twitter or bsky! I may not use them, but I do like knowing what people want from me and it may influence the next mods I do.  🌙   HELP! MY BOM SKIN ISN'T WORKING! Check and read the notecard that came with your product, and follow the instructions carefully. I WILL NOT HELP WITH SETTING UP BOM FOR YOU ON YOUR PARTS. You are expected to have modding knowledge to use my mods!

  🌙   I PURCHASED THE WRONG COLOUR OF A MOD, CAN YOU REFUND ME OR GIVE ME THE RIGHT COLOUR? Short answer, no, I'm not doing that. BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE BUYING. Make sure to read instructions, listings, etc. Double check before you hit that buy button! I will not issue refunds or exchanges on erroneous purchases. My products are clearly marked.  🌙   HELP, I HAVE AN URGENT QUESTION AND YOU AREN'T ONLINE! You can message my CSR, Father Daddy, or just wait for me to pop online again. Usually I respond within twenty four hours, if not faster. If it's urgent, you can contact me on my discord, listed on the front page of this site.  🌙   WHY DON'T YOU TALK TO ME LIKE A FRIEND? DO YOU WANT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION? No. I have multiple chronic illnesses that make it difficult for me to engage in conversations and be present outside of work and help with a product. I have very low social spoons and I am not interested in having conversations.

Do's

  • Message me for help with a product.

  • Start your IM off with your question, for example: "Hello! I have an issue with x mod; it's [insert issue here], I was wondering if you could help?"

Do Not's

  • Message me asking to E-RP or talk.

  • Leave a message that is only "hello" "hi" "can you help me" "can I ask a question". I'm not answering those.

  • Leave a notecard and then no IM (I generally will miss those entirely).
